EnterpriseWizard Change Management
Bringing change under control has huge and immediate benefits - less downtime affecting employee productivity, fewer nasty surprises, and improved planning and execution. Yet many companies fail to implement an effective solution for managing change.
One reason for this is that change processes vary widely from company to company, which makes it unlikely that a one-size-fits-all solution will meet your specific requirements. A fully adaptive solution is essential if you are to be able to manage change the way you want to, and EnterpriseWizard has everything you need.
Whether you want changes to be approved by 2 individuals or 50 different teams based on 10 different criteria, EnterpriseWizard can do it. Its graphical workflow editor and business rules engine can accurately map any desired approval process without programming.

EnterpriseWizard Has Everything You Need
EnterpriseWizard was designed to map any business process, from the simplest to the most complex, without programming, and this capability is especially crucial for change management. Why? Every customer for whom we have implemented a change system has had completely unique requirements and therefore a different optimal structure and process. It is EnterpriseWizard's flexibility and ease of customization that make it possible to provide a wholly custom solution at an affordable price.
Change management is not an isolated process - it is likely to deal with a range of items from hardware and software assets to human assets, access to specific systems, websites, office buildings, facilities, and more. An efficient system will capture and integrate the elements being changed into a consolidated system that provides not just details of the changes, but information about the items being changed.
EnterpriseWizard already includes tables for the most common items subject to change control, such as assets. But its strength is the ease with which you can add new tables, fields and relationships to manage the items that matter to your company.
A robust feature set offers all the power needed for even the most sophisticated process:
The graphical workflow editor allows you to define the exact steps, safeguards and automatic actions that should be executed at each stage of a change process, using just your browser, without writing a line of code.
The business rules engine offers further automation support, such as counting approvals until the right number have been received, managing notifications and validations, and handling escalation behavior. Rules can update related data in the background, for instance setting the status of linked assets to "In Maintenance" when a scheduled change date arrives, and back to "Active" when the change is completed.
Email integration and dynamic hotlinks provide users with active notification of change requests and the ability to instantly approve or reject the change or edit the record and add comments by simply clicking a link in the email.
Calendar integration allows scheduled changes to be shown on a calendar available to other teams and to those scheduling new changes for a clear overview and better planning.
Management reports provide insight into operational efficiency and turn-around times, and can be run from any area - on the changes themselves, or on the assets or other items on which changes occurred.
A full audit trail and documentation, automatically created for every change, meet Sarbanes Oxley compliance requirements, eliminating the need for manual document gathering by employees. Read a white paper on Reducing Costs of Government Compliance with Business Process Automation.
LDAP / MS Active Directory integration provides secure and centralized access control, while single sign-on allows users to login to the system without re-entering password information.
Web Services and REST API's provide a service-oriented architecture for full integration with other enterprise systems.
