Learning about ITIL can be a daunting prospect. We would like to share some of the public resources we have found most helpful in untangling the ITIL and ITSM puzzle.
- Official ITIL Website - offers a full range of information, including information about training and certification, access to all the official volumes on ITIL, and so on.
