EnterpriseWizard partners with large and small companies worldwide to provide a cost-effective, customer-focused suite of CRM solutions. Our partners serve a diverse range of vertical industries, from technology based companies to financial services, education, utilities, manufacturing, and entertainment providers. As members of EnterpriseWizard's global Partner network they benefit from the experience and custom solutions contributed by other partners, enabling rapid deployment of specialized solutions at very competitive costs.
There are four categories of Partner, arranged here in increasing order of services and specialization provided.
Manufacturers Representative
Manufacturers Reps are independent consultants who introduce the product to potential buyers and demonstrate some of the functionality. They do not actually close the sale or provide post sales support, but are knowledgeable enough about the product to recognize when it may be a good fit for the customer. Value Added Resellers
Value Added Resellers (VARs) engage in the sales, marketing, implementation and support of EnterpriseWizard products and services, both in the United States and abroad. They are an extension of our own sales, marketing and support services and they typically offer full implementation, customization and training, as well as integration services to their customers. They may also integrate EnterpriseWizard with other product lines that they offer to provide a more complete solution while becoming more competitive and growing their business.
System Implementors and Consultants
System Implementors and Consultants typically cater to specific industries and have vertical market expertise in CRM or BPM requirements, strategic business process re-engineering, technology and project management. By leveraging their unique expertise, training in EnterpriseWizard implementation best practices and EnterpriseWizard's adaptability, these Partners deliver production ready, highly adapted custom solutions to their customers in far less time and cost than competitors. They may also sell their re-branded solutions to other EnterpriseWizard partners.
These Partners generally offer a wide range of pre and post sales services, including evaluation, recommendation, implementation, training, support, ongoing enhancement, expansion and integration of their solutions with other back end systems.
It is recommended that customers take advantage of the invaluable expertise provided by implementation consultants to save time and money, and to get the most value out of EnterpriseWizard.
Vertical Service Provider
Vertical Service Providers (VSPs) are companies that focus on delivering complete integrated business solutions to customers in a specific vertical market (e.g. insurance, real estate, banking, manufacturing, retail, transportation, health care, or government). VSPs enable their customers to take advantage of Internet technologies and applications without having to hire, train, and pay for specialist skills and other resources. As such, VSPs are an important alternative, not only for smaller dot-coms or startup companies with low budgets for information technology, but also for larger companies to outsource their information technology needs.
VSPs focus upon integrating multi-vendor products and providing high level professional services, including off premises, application hosting services from a central data center. Typically they are not interested in selling stand alone software licenses.
VSPs range widely from international enterprise level VSPs, delivering high-end business applications for major corporations, to local/regional VSPs, supplying general small/medium-sized businesses with prepackaged application services in volume.
EnterpriseWizard's chameleon-like adaptability, customization, and advanced architecture permits easy re-branding and transparent, low cost integration to significantly enhance existing solutions suites. This enables VSPs to provide EnterpriseWizard as a cost effective, integrated component of their focused offering in a specific industry segment.
