Custom Development - We can build a new enterprise application with EnterpriseWizard in between two to three times the amount of time it takes to develop and write the specification. So a spec that takes a week to develop can typically be implemented in 2 to 3 weeks and we will work on a fixed price contract to prove it. The result is a full multi-tenant application that can be white labeled and resold as a service or a packaged product.
Administrator and Partner Training Classes - Attend an in-person training course to learn how to build new business process applications or how to customize EnterpriseWizard for your business.
Annual Support and Upgrade Contracts - Customers who purchase EnterpriseWizard have a choice of standard or premium annual support contracts. All contracts come with free upgrades and telephone support.
Turnkey System - For those who want to run the system in-house but prefer to let us take care of the hardware, we provide a turnkey system with the right hardware for excellent performance, the software fully installed, and any implementation services required. All you have to do is plug it into your network.
Customer Support - We offer 24/7 support to customers through our EnterpriseWizard support portal, as well as phone support during business hours.
